Having grown up on a farm in Washington County, I developed a great appreciation for the unique beauty of Western Pennsylvania. After graduating from Canon McMillan High School, I attended Duquesne University, earning a degree in Pharmacy. That profession enabled me to practice in other Metropolitan areas such as Baltimore,MD., Washington DC, + Phoenix, AZ. As so many former Pittsburghers do, I returned to the Metro area that I love most.
After retiring from my first profession several years ago, I wondered what I might do next. My years as a retail Pharmacist taught me that patience, honesty, and a desire to truly listen were essentials in forming successful relationships with patients. After some thought, I realized that I could continue to practice those same principles as a Realtor®. Ultimately, to be truly effective in what you do, you must always provide value to the consumer.
I have happily resided in the Brighton Heights neighborhood on the northside of Pittsburgh for 14 years. I am active in The Brighton Heights Citizen Federation and Friends of Riverview Park. I am one of those "rare" Pittsburghers who "crossed the river" from the South Hills to the North Hills, so I am familiar with both areas.
As an agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, The Preferred Realty, I am a member of a unique group of highly motivated, professional, and successful realtors located in the Pittsburgh Area. I am dedicated to providing all of your real estate needs. If you are looking for your dream home, considering selling your current residence, or even if you just have a real estate related questions, please contact me, I can help you.
I understand that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time real estate agent, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. I will accomplish this through constant communication and by being accessible whenever you need me.
It would be a pleasure and an honor to work for you.
Contrary to media reports, home values in Pittsburgh are steady - far above the national average. In fact, locally our average sales price has increased over last year. If your are thinking of selling your home there is really no better time and no better place than Western Pennsylvania.
We would be happy to show you what your home is worth in today's market.
